What is collier and mckeel?

Collier and McKeel is a small-batch American whiskey distillery located in Nashville, Tennessee. They produce handcrafted, premium spirits using traditional distillation methods and locally sourced ingredients. Their flagship product is the Collier and McKeel Tennessee Whiskey, which is made from a mash bill of corn, wheat, and rye and aged in oak barrels for at least four years. The whiskey has a smooth, complex flavor profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice. Collier and McKeel also offer a bourbon, a gin, and a flavored whiskey called Tennessee Whiskey Cream. The distillery is named after its founders, Darek Bell and Andrew Webber's grandfathers − James Collier McKeel and Charles Everett Collier.
